Guided by Heart, Grounded in Pediatric Expertise

Guided by heart

We’re more than just dentists, we’re here to listen to how many times your child woke up last night, that they refused to eat dinner again, and why you think they don’t smile more. You want your child to live a healthy, happy life and we’re here to help.

Our practice is built on a legacy of care that began in 1978, when Dr. John's father opened the doors as one of the very first pediatric dentists in the state - only the second, in fact! That same dedication continues to guide everything we do.

Treated like family

As a dad, Dr. John knows what it’s like to trust someone else to care for your child. You want what’s best for them, and so do we. That’s why we treat every child as if they were our own and never encourage unnecessary treatments.

Specializing in pediatrics

As a board certified pediatric dentist, Dr. John has years of specialized training beyond dental school. He takes a conservative approach to treating sleep-disordered breathing and airway issues, orthodontic problems, growth and development concerns, and all pediatric dental needs.

Innovating with education

Oral health can impact your child’s happiness, behavior, and life. We help educate you and your child on healthy hygiene and nutrition habits to develop routines that will carry them through a lifetime of smiles.

Focused on the whole picture

Pediatric dental care is about more than  fighting sugar bugs. An airway issue can affect sleep and behavior. Tongue ties can affect nursing. An orthodontic issue can affect how your child feels about themselves. It’s all about how oral health impacts the growth and life of your child.

“you’re treated like family”

Dr. John and his staff are wonderful. My kids look forward to their visits at the office. One thing I love about the hygienists is that they remember our family when we come in and always take interest in my kids. This helps each kiddo feel relaxed and comfortable, as well as cared for. I appreciate Dr. John’s approach to dealing with oral health. When you’re at this office, you’re treated like family. Thank you Dr. John and staff.
