Dr. John M. Ukich Dr. John M. Ukich was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and attended Gonzaga University. He completed his dental school education at Marquette University in 1971, only to continue with a 2 year post graduate residency in Pediatric Dentistry. He then spent 5 years in the U. S. Army, with assignments in Southern Germany and Kansas where he also served as a Pediatric Dentistry teaching mentor for a General Dentistry Residency Program.
He came to Coeur d' Alene in 1978 and has been practicing in the same location to this date. He achieved board certification in his specialty in 1985 by successfully completing the four part American Board of Pediatric Dentistry certifying examination. He is currently on the hospital staff at Kootenai Medical Center. Dr. Ukich has served in dental missionary trips to San Salvador and Russia. He has coached little league baseball in the community for over 12 years. He has also served in numerous service organizations. He has been married for 29 years, raising 4 children. His oldest son is presently attending dental school and is looking forward to joining the practice in the near future.

	Dr. John R. Ukich The Pediatric Dental Center is proud to announce the arrival of a new dentist to our practice. Dr. John R. Ukich, son of Dr. John M. Ukich, joined us on August 3, 2003. Dr. John (as he likes to be called), is a graduate of Marquette University School of Dentistry and has recently completed a two year residency program in Pediatric Dentistry at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Wisconsin..
Dr. John is excited to be back home in North Idaho and looks forward to the opportunity to meet your child's dental needs. Dr. Pflipsen will be entrusting his patients to Dr. John and will be glad to answer any questions or concerns that you may have with this process. 	Marcy Title: Receptionist Marcy joined the Pediatric Dental Center in 1998. Her hobbies include snow skiing, reading, and cooking.
	Jackie Title: Receptionist Jackie is our newest employee. She comes to us from Juneau, Alaska and enjoys all outdoor activities including biking, hiking and just breathing the fresh air. when she is not busy working, she likes to travel
	Julie Title: Dental Assistant/Patient Coordinator Julie has been with the Pediatric Dental Center since 1984. Her hobbies include skiing, swimming, having fun, and spending time with family.
	Kim Title: Dental Assistant Kim has been with the Pediatric Dental Center since 1993. Her hobbies include outdoor activities, spending time with family and friends.
	Tara Title: Dental Assistant Tara is new to the staff. She enjoys cooking, painting, crafts of all sorts and spending time with her family.
	Laurie Title: Dental Hygienist Laurie has been with the Pediatric Dental Center since 1991. Besides being the world's biggest fan of the Seattle Mariners, her hobbies include skiing and reading.
	Pam Title: Hygiene Assistant Pam has been with the Pediatric Dental Center since 1991. Her hobbies include spending time with family, walking her dogs and studying God's word.
	Kris Title: Dental Assistant Kris has been with the Pediatric Dental Center since 1996. Her hobbies include skiing and cross-stitching.
	Kathy Title: Lab Tech Kathy has been involved in the fabrication of Orthodontic appliances and retainers for 10 years. Her hobbies include bicycling, swimming, kayaking and any other outdoor physical activity.
	Jonna Title: Dental Assistant Jonna is a recent addition to our staff and comes to us with a history of 6 1/2 years of dental experience with the majority being in Pediatric Dentistry. Her hobbies include horseback riding, volleyball, hiking, and other outdoor activities. She has 3 children and 1 dog.
